CLAYTON C. PATRICK, B.A., Whitman
College 1966, J.D. University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall) 1969,
member California Law Review; admitted in California 1970 (currently inactive), Washington
1972 (currently inactive), and Oregon 1977. Also admitted to several Federal District Courts
(including Oregon), the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United
States Supreme Court.
He served as Associate and Assistant
Professor of Law, Willamette University College of Law, from 1972 to 1977.
Clay has over 37 years of total legal experience, including 30
years practicing before the appellate courts of Oregon and the Ninth
Circuit. He authored a chapter of WordPerfect Law Office Solutions for
Windows and DOS, published 1995, James Publishing, Inc. His practice
emphasizes civil appeals and direct consultation for other attorneys.

Maggie has over 19 years of
experience performing complex legal research, legislative history
research, evaluation of trial court records and transcripts in preparation
for an appeal, and drafting appellate briefs, all under the direction and
supervision of Mr. Patrick.
